Returns & Exchanges

All Powerful Steering wheels are made to order, custom-built to your specification. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any reason other than a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellation may not be possible as production may have already begun.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged in transit or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will evaluate and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

12-Month Warranty

Every Powerful Steering wheel is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility in all cases. The only exception is an approved warranty claim: for warranty-approved returns, we will reimburse up to USD $70 toward your return shipping cost; any amount above USD $70 remains the customer's responsibility.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

As all items are made to your specification, they are exempt from the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. The defect, damage, and warranty terms above apply in full to EU customers.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval; please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
