Every Powerfulsteering product is built specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow 7–14 business days for production and quality inspection before your order ships. This is what sets our wheels apart — precision craftsmanship made to your exact specification, never mass-produced warehouse stock.

Your Powerfulsteering product is backed by a comprehensive 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

If your product develops a defect in materials or workmanship within 12 months, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you — no questions asked.

Covered: Manufacturing defects, structural failures, and hardware malfunctions under normal sim racing use.

Not covered: Damage from accidents, drops, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

We stand behind every wheel we make. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Because every product is made to order, items must be returned in their original, unused condition. We will cover your return shipping cost up to USD $60 — one time per order.
